Chamberlain Training Academy was established to provide immediate results
in the field and to evolve as necessary to meet the needs of dealers,
distributors and installers. That’s why we’ve developed this
3-Step Evaluation Process to provide feedback, long after each course
has been completed.
Student
Performance Report
Supervisors will receive a written evaluation of the student’s performance
in the class, as well as copies of all test materials.
Dealer
Evaluation
All supervisors are requested to complete an evaluation of the
student’s performance, one month after course completion. This will
include noticeable improvements and potential areas for development.
Personal
Follow Up
The Training Academy Manager will follow up with each supervisor,
after six months, to receive additional feedback that will benefit both
the dealer and future course programs.
